We're looking for a talented Midweight Designer, with a portfolio brimming with fresh campaign ideas and with experience in across all digital media channels.


You'll be a key member of our creative team, helping us continue to grow our reputation for producing brave creative work in all disciplines that helps our clients' businesses thrive, and wins major creative awards.


Our ideas have the power to affect more than just sales and award juries; they can shift human emotion, capture the cultural zeitgeist, trailblaze what's new and next, and do good in society.

Requirements:


As a Midweight Designer, you'll be expected to deliver work that grabs attention, tells a compelling story and encourages interaction.


What we'd like to see:

  • Strong conceptual thinking. Ability to flex ideas and executions across digital channels and establish visually stunning, digitalfirst design.
  • Creative agency background preferable, or experience in a forwardthinking digital product studio.
  • You're someone who is constantly looking to push the quality of design output. And who's always a Brand guardian for the clients you work on.
  • Adobe CC is our primary toolset. Your portfolio will showcase your ability to ideate and create stunning social and digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop.
  • Great visual storytelling skills.
  • An innate affinity with layout, typography and ideageneration.
  • Strong teamwork skills the ability to work with Strategists, creatives and technology teams, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
  • A great attitude and a lack of ego. One more thing. This is a long listwe still want to hear from you even if you feel like you don't tick every single one of the boxes above. After all, careers are a journey, not a destination.
