We are looking for Assembly Operatives to work with the Aerospace Department of a large global company.

As a Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for:
Working with small parts that will require a degree of manual dexterity and a sharp eye.

Be able to work in a team to achieve tight deadlines and meet output measures set by the line leader and to work unsupervised Soldering experience is essential and will form part of the interview process.

Manual handling and loading of production rigs Work in a fast paced production line Quality inspection experience would be advantageous A working knowledge of Windows 10 including Excel and Word would be considered an advantage SAP knowledge would also be preferred but not essential as in-house training will be given As an Assembly Operative you will receive: The opportunity to become a permanent member of staff after 12 month period.

This decision will be made based on your ability to perform as an Assembly Operative, attendance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Full training to the international recognised J-STD in soldering. Training on how to read and follow technical engineering drawings. Ongoing development as an Assembly Operative can lead to further training on testing of assembled parts.
