The work is varied and interesting and the team embrace newcomers.We have recently increased our staffing levels so are able to offer full and part-time positions for registered staff nurses and nursing associates.
Many of our 29 patients will have complex care needs and Abbotsbury is a ward where you will be given every opportunity to develop and share your acute nursing skills supported by a dedicated Clinical Practice Educator.
We care mainly for non-elective acute surgical and gastroenterology patients with the ability to be flexible, adapting our nursing skills to accommodate other specialities when necessary.
If you possess good organisational & interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to adapt and implement change, we would love to hear from you.
