In the role, working alongside a dedicated and talented Operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all the leasing deals on our website are accurate to enable our customers to lease their new vehicle with ease.


As a Dealer Liaison Executive, you'll be motivated by getting things right and will ensure that vehicle information is accurate by checking, editing, and standardising it.

You'll be looking at an abundance of data and information, such as pricing, stock volumes and vehicle specifications and will work across multiple different systems.


You'll also ensure accuracy by communicating regularly with funders and vehicle dealers to ensure the information we have relating to vehicles is up to date.

This is crucial as it enables our retailers to promote their vehicle stock accurately and gives the public the right information to help them with their lease purchase decisions.


You will communicate with teams across Vanarama including Pricing, Marketing, and Order Progression to proactively share information, highlight issues and solve problems.

This is a highly varied role and you'll be a key member of the wider Operations team, with the opportunity to grow knowledge and develop your career further.


What we're looking for:


  • You will have experience working in an administrative role utilising multiple systems and Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook
  • You will have a logical and analytical approach that allows you to spot anomaly's, breakdown issues and diagnose the root cause.
  • You will be comfortable working with numbers, data and systems.
  • As you will be working with live systems and data it is crucial that you have excellent attention to detail.
  • You will be a great relationship builder and communicator and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • You will be selfmotivated with the ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines.
  • Although not essential, we would be delighted if you have experience in working in a Pricing or Sales Administration role.
Finally, to be a great Dealer Liaison; you will need to understand our customers, the leasing journey and systems.

We therefore are seeking someone that is curious, loves asking questions and is excited for the opportunity to cross train in different roles within the operations team.
