Role Purpose:

Mulraney Group are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant / Receptionist on a permanent, full-time basis. Following on from the pandemic, we have demonstrated phenomenal resilience and this current year is our most successful yet.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will work as part of a small team to ensure that the daily transactions of the business are recorded accurately thus ensuring all deadlines are met.

You will be provided with the opportunity to work for a business at the cutting edge of their industry with involvement in an exciting, fast paced industry sector


What you'll be doing:

As
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST, you will have the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Use of Sage 50 Cloud and Microsoft Excel
  • Daily processing of bank movements and weekly bank reconciliations
  • Processing of purchase invoices and reconciliation of supplier statements at monthend
  • Preparation of sales invoices and processing as required
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Assist the Finance Manager with various ad hoc projects
  • General accounting and administration work as and when required
  • General reception duties
  • Recording of sales receipts
  • Administration of all documentation for the Central Assessors

Who we're looking for:


  • Strong communicator and reliable team player
  • Experience using Sage is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
  • A good working knowledge of Excel is essential

Salary/Schedule:


  • Monday-Friday
