Kaboodle Ltd is a leading kitchen appliance installation company based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance Officer to join our team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire to help manage the day-to-day accounting entries.

This role will require you to support the busy accounts department of 3, reporting to the Financial Controller.

Duties:

The key responsibilities of the Finance Officer will include the following.

Maintain the purchase ledger
Processing of purchase invoices
Supplier expenditure monthly report
Preparing weekly supplier payments and processing through the bank
Processing of home installation sales invoices
Credit Control
CID cash postings
Posting and reconciling company credit cards/petty cash, staff expenses
Month end prep work and reporting 5day deadline
Ad hoc analytical reports and projects
Preparing weekly reports, administration and other duties as required by the Financial Controller
Requirements:
Experience in (Sage Line 50/Sage 200)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Pivot table & VLOOKUP
Meticulous attention to detail
Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Strong communication skills
