Role Profile


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take full ownership of the direct debit process ensuring customers are communicated with in the appropriate way at the appropriate time.
  • Working in collaboration with individuals across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring they are always provided with exceptional customer service.
  • Work alongside the credit and risk administrator to assist with enforcing legal action against customers that have defaulted.
  • Work alongside the credit and risk administrator to develop and maintain a risk profile for the business.
  • Assist Cash app during busy periods of the month.
  • Provide an element of absence cover for cash app and credit & risk.
  • Maintaining customer records to ensure information is up to date, relevant and secure.
  • Completing reporting tasks/ activities in Microsoft excel.

Knowledge and Experience:

Essential

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within an administrative role
  • IT literate with solid experience of Microsoft packages
- specifically Excel.

  • Strong desire to succeed and an eagerness to learn and develop
Desirable

  • Experience with accounting software such as sage and Netsuite
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Understanding of credit control functions and direct debit processes
