Finance Manager £62,000 + Enhanced Pension, Private Healthcare, DiscountsWhitefield / Hybrid Working Model This is a fantastic opportunity for an established and qualified Finance Manager to join an owner-managed SME with presence across the UK & Europe. Working alongside the inspiring CEO, who built her business from her dining room whilst managing a young familyand caring for infirm relatives, you will form part of the Senior Leadership team be given full autonomy to 'roll your sleeves up' and support her in ensuring that this business goes from strength to strength.

As Finance Manager you will benefit from both the kind and supportive culture that exists and have the full support of the small but competent Finance/Admin team.

You main responsibilities will be in taking full ownership of financial reporting, managementaccounting and statutory reporting requirements of the business.

It is also envisaged that you will be instrumental in driving the development of new processes, systems and controls as the organisation follows its strategic growth plan.
