Description

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a highly professional, motivated and experienced P.A. to support the Service/Clinical Directors for Primary Care and Wellbeing Services, and their existing E.A. in providing the effective and safe running of Primary Care and Wellbeing services in Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic Care Delivery Service (CDS) providing professional P.A. support to the Service/Clinical Directors, with guidance from their existing E.A.

You will need to have:

Strong organisational, communications and interpersonal skills
Experience of detailed minute taking
Experience of coordinating meetings
Experience of working in a similar role and supporting others with complex diary management
The ability to work independently using your own initiative
