***You will be supporting the Head of Marketing to execute all communication campaigns to engage with guests from Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian, and USA markets both in Asia as well as in Europe. This includes key international campaign rollout, travel trade marketing support, creative briefing, and media campaign planning.


You are a well-rounded marketer and you have experience with paid media and international social media channels such as Kakao and WeChat.

Your knowledge and first-hand experience with the Asian or Middle Eastern market, are crucial for this role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Head of Marketing with the planning and execution of key international marketing campaigns targeting new customer acquisition during key calendar or travel periods such as Lunar New Year, Midautumn Festival, Chuseok but also minor ones such as QiXi and Singles Day.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in partnering closely with the relevant central and local marketing and communications team plan, integrate and align delivery of marketing activity both in international markets and targeting inbound tourists across The Collection
  • Respond to all source market asset requests and to brief them to the relevant the teams for delivery
  • Understand Asian guests' profiles and actively collect market insights to share with the team
  • Roll out key campaign plans across all European Villages
  • Project manage campaigns with our social and media agencies in China and Korea focused on delivering our strategy
  • Present campaign results to internal and external stakeholders both in writing and verbally
  • Manage agency contracts, purchase orders, and other team admin
  • Monitor the marketplace, and competitor marketing activity and keep the wider business informed of key competitor marketing innovations, industry initiatives and key developments in the marketing and media landscape
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and propose new ideas to engage international guests, especially Gen Z

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist
  • Paid media management experience desired
  • Partnership marketing experience desired
  • Knowledge or interest in Korean or Chinese culture and language (for the Asian market role)
  • Knowledge or interest in Arabic culture and language (for the Middle East and Rest of the World market Role)
  • Exceptional communication as well as project management skills
  • Selfmotivated and result driven
  • Great team player
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a matrix organization
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fluent IT skills with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, and word), Adobe, and others
  • Ability to travel
  • An interest in retail, luxury, and international travel trends
