Avanti Recruitment are working with a Software Company in the AI/Analytics sector who are looking to hire a Senior Java Developer to work on a fully remote basis due to huge growth and scaling plans.

They have developed a cutting-edge AI platform that monitors an automated warehouse sorting process and provides real time alerting to the customer operations teams.

Their customers include some of the largest retail and logistics companies around the world.

You will be working on their cutting-edge AI/Analytics platform which is already installed on more than 1,000 systems across 100+ facilities, you will be working in a cross-functional team who follow the Agile methodology to design and develop new featuresand enhancements for the system.

You will utilize technologies such as Java/Python and MongoDB. You will be fully hands-on as well as helping out other members of the team if needed.

This will suit someone who wants to work heavily within the AI/Analytics space and someone who wants to make a real impact and loves getting involved with team collaboration, they have a very inclusive and friendly culture with everyone's opinions listenedto.

Tech stack:

Java
NoSQL Database experience (MongoDB preferred)
Experience with AI/Analytics would be a bonus
