Looking for a Chef de Partie to take part in a exciting new opportunity for the next 10 months, catering for a large school celebration event.
Job Outline:
Responsible for running a section Supervise Commis Chefs
Ensure dishes are correctly portioned and well presented.
Assist with Food Preparation in all sections.
Assist with stocktaking.
Assist with management of kitchen hygiene and correct food storage.
Experience:
Relevant experience
Qualifications:
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Awareness of COSHH
- 706/1and 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
Notes:
Good communication skills required and an (enhanced DBS)
