£50,000 - £61,000 (£ £24.50)

Qualification:
RMN/RGN

Hours: 42/ hour shifts + alternate weekends

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading care home provider as an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Clinical Lead for their nursing home in the Banbury area.

As the Clinical Lead you will support the delivery of thehigh-quality care that this provider is known for.

Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with the general management of the home.

You will inspire a team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of lifewhich means leading by example and monitoring care standards.

The provider prides themselves in providing outstanding care and are leading experts on dementia, elderly, and residential care. They also have quality assured procedures to make sure their services are regularly assessed.

As the Clinical Lead, you will need to be nurse qualified (RGN) and experience working with elderly residents is desirable.

Finally, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.


Requirements:

RGN/RMN - valid pin (Essential)
Nursing home experience (Essential)
Experience as a Unit/Deputy manager or Clinical lead (Essential)
A genuine passion for elderly/dementia care
Good communication skills
Active and clean pin
Passionate
Location

This role is based within the Banbury area and would be a suitable commute from Bicester, Bourton-on-the-Water, Daventry, Northampton, Buckingham, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Aylesbury, Chipping Norton, Deddington, Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal LeamingtonSpa, Rugby and Witney.
