Description
We are seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our Eckland Lodge Developments team, promoting and obtaining leads for us.
- Utilise sales software to obtain additional leads
- Providing potential clients with introduction and overview of the company offerings
- Acting as a first point of contact between client and company
- Aiding negotiations of quotes sent out
- Gathering market and customer data to establish customer needs
- Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues to aid sales
- Obtaining feedback on quotes lost and advising the steel manager of the reasons
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedures
- Establishing new contacts and business relationships
- Calling companies to introduce our services
- Handling objections while building strong customer relationships
- Hitting KPIs and sales targets
