Reed Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing start-up Financial Services business located in Liverpool city centre.

Our client has had 3 profitable years since it was founded and is on course for a fourth year of growth.

Our client is now looking to recruit a qualified CA to lead & develop the finance department.

Reporting to the MD, duties of the role include:

oversight of all financial reporting

- producing monthly management accounts
- quarterly reporting
- overseeing year end accounts
- liaising with external auditors
- implementing & embedding processes and procedures
- implementing new finance systems / packages
- cashflow analysis & forecasting

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Financial Services experience (desired)
Excellent commercial experience
Proactive and hands on
Ability to influence change
Ability to present financial data to nonfinancials
