The Role

Main Responsibilities will include:


  • To provide effective, high quality and timely support to the Management team and Business Administrator in order to enable to meet the priorities and objectives of the service.
  • Open all incoming post, read and copy to all interested parties.
  • Request and collate briefing for meetings etc.
  • To provide support in the compiling of the financial reports and Business plan.
  • Working with other internal and external services regarding paperwork, meetings etc.
  • Provision of a speedy and accurate typing service, from audio dictation or manuscript, using WP software extensively to improve efficiency and to achieve a high standard of presentation.
  • Effective communication with staff at all levels, ensuring the efficient collation and distribution of information
