Description

Our client focuses on Energy (typically renewables) transactions and are looking to hire an Associate to support their execution team.

This role sits as port of the Project Finance & M&A team and will be responsible for supporting transaction execution, business development, financing and corporate initiatives.

The main focal point of the role will be to develop and run complex projectfinance models for a variety of transactions.

Relevant individuals will have minimum 4 years experience within Project Finance from Investment Banking, Financial Advisory or another Corporate.

They will also have a strong background and understanding of Project Finance modelling (ideally directly linkedto Renewables), be able to build and run complex model from scratch for greenfield projects and acquisition opportunities.

European languages advantageous.
