An exciting opportunity has arisen for Practice Nurses in the Christchurch area_
A lovely seaside General Practice is wanting an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dynamic and caring practice. _

The GP Surgery is located right by the sea, close to the Avon Beach It is surrounded by natural beauty with lots of local places to eat and drink during lunch breaks.

There's even a gothic castle and golf course nearby There is plenty of local residentialparking just a short walk from the Practice.

The GP Surgery operates from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and has optional extended hours till 7:30pm each week day and from 8:30 till 12:00pm on the first Saturday of the month.

The surgery served around 14,500 patients which are a slightly older than average demographic. It is a proud teaching and training practice and likes to stay up-to-date with new advice. It has a "Good" CQC rating which has maintained since it was first inspectedin 2016.

It has a large team made up of 5 partnered GPs, 5 salaried GPs, one Nurse Prescriber, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants plus a large supportive non-Clinical team.

There are also some Community Nurses based atthe Practice and are a part of a Primary Care network.

They are after a experienced Practice Nurse ideally for 37.5 hours working Monday to Friday, they are flexible around the hours each day and can consider part-time for the right applicant.

They're offering up to £38,735 (FTE), 33 days annual leave, NHS Pension,and sick pay. They currently use System One and are happy to train if you are unfamiliar.

They want an Practice Nurse with experience in Primary Care and who is confident in clinic. Skills in Cytology, Baby/Travel Immunisations, Vaccinations and Chronic Disease Management in Asthma, Diabetes and COPD.
