We are a local residential care home looking for an outstanding person to join our team.You overall responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Providing hands on leadership and support to care staff and act as a champion for our residents.
Provide hands on care to our residents on a rota basis.
To promote the home philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and person centered care within a policy of managed risk taking.
To ensure the smooth and safe running of the home including staff rotas and on call responsibilities.
To ensure all residents care plans are completed person centred and reviewed in line with their needs, choices and wishes.
To ensure effective communication is promoted within the home and assist the manager in ensuring completion of team meetings, resident meetings, staff supervision and apprasals.
To actively promote health and safety responsibilities at all times.
Salary:
From £12.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wellingborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- providing care: 2 years (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
