We're looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our fantastic team and help our salons and distributors grow a successful business with us.

We're super proud to create the best hair products and treatments in the market and we are fully committed to environmental sustainability, including recyclable packaging.

What we'd love you to do for us:
Proactive, outbound sales calls to salons and freelancers to generate sales and build long term relationships.

Understanding the challenges facing our clients; everything you do is with kindness and consideration for their needs.

Process telephone orders swiftly from customers in a business to business environment.

Take responsibility as a first point of contact for our customers.

Fulfilling lead generation and other customer service processes.

Helping consumers with a wide range of general enquiries.

Helping salons with technical enquiries.


What you bring:

An enthusiastic, resilient, person centred approach to sales.

You've got your team members' backs and you enjoy that they've got yours.

Motivated by fast response problem solving.

Always willing to go the extra mile whenever necessary (and the discretion to know when to give extra even when it's not necessary).

Previous experience in a phone sales role but not necessarily in the hairdressing sector.

You're never scared to pick up the phone.

Excellent written and verbal English.
