My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team based in several East Sussex locations


Experience required:

  • Extensive new build sales experience
  • Good knowledge on the new homes sector along with market awareness
  • Employment profile must demonstrate stability

Day to day duties:

  • Selling property's off plan
  • Chasing sales leads
  • Conducting viewings
  • Sales Progression
  • Closing sales
  • Calling through internal database
