Mainly remote with monthly travel to the South West UK
We are supporting a leading retailer to hire a Senior Propositions Manager on an initial six-month contract. This brand is loved by its audience and they lead in its discipline. They have a very successful business and delivery model which is meaningful and intelligent.

They are looking to continue building this strategy by engaging with a Senior Propositions Manager with commercial experience within large retail/e-commerce environments.

This is an opportunity to work on embedding functional testing models and propositional frameworks within a global organisation. They have agile testing methods in place and a continuous improvement model.

They would like to research further into their customer data and create new MVP strategies to test across the business.

Once the strategies are tested and proven the Senior Proposition Manager will then create, manage and implement the solutions

About You

You have commercial experience as a Propositions Manager within global organisations where you have delivered brand proposition strategy roadmaps with successful results.
You are data driven and customer centric, you love analytics, insights, defining strategies and running tests
You have an excellent understanding of global CMS architectures and how these can be used enhance customer experiences
You are a customer experience champion and a market researcher, you know how to position yourself to identify propositions and create experiments
You will ideally have experience creating either a new service line, or implementing new loyalty strategies within large organisations
You are a story teller, you are used to working closely with product, marketing, data and development teams and achieving engagement from senior stakeholders and team members within these divisions
You can show commercial experience working from end to end on product launches using a test and learn culture within mid to large organisations.
