We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Advisors within the electricity and gas industry. Working in our fast-paced SME division, the main roles and responsibilities of this role will be:
Make comfort calls to customers who have recently signed a new gas and electricity contract
Inform customers about services that could suit them.

Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to customer queries

Use the in-house CRM system (Sugar)

Help and assist other team members to ensure smooth running of the department

Work to agreed targets.
Salary:
£15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (required)
