Our service is one of just 4% in England, rated as "Outstanding" and our team work anything between 12 and 35 hours each week. It's up to you how many regular clients you would like to support. Just tell us and we will work with you.

We pay you for your training, and all of our Caregivers 'shadow' experienced team members.

Hourly salary is £12.25 weekdays, £13.50 evenings and weekends. Bank holidays are paid at double rate. We pay our team for mileage between clients.
Supporting and caring for mainly older people in the community, our visits are not rushed, and are a minimum of one hour

We support clients with companionship, meal preparation, shopping trips, appointments, medication etc.


Visiting clients in their own homes, you will be assigned and introduced to clients who you get to know well.

No experience is required as we pay you to train at our Ipswich office. We offer great support to ensure that you are happy and confident in your role.

Requirements of a Caregiver:


  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable person with a positive attitude
