With offices in the UK, USA, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Guyana, RMI is able to deliver local solutions utilising international expertise and operating to ISO accredited standards.
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be the direct liaison between RMI's Recruiters, HR and Field Associates. Assisting with the coordination and administration of recruiting tasks. You will manage RMI's database of field associates, track availability and project suitability and prepare documentation ready for onboarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Maintain a database of provider availability
- Prepare mailshots
- Create monthly provider referral report, validate information and advise payroll of payments owed
- Prepare, maintain and update offer letter templates
- Initiate and monitor the return of DBS/background checks, updating recruiters of progress
- Proactively communicate with Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and internal clients on any issues or concerns to ensure the highest level of service
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company capabilities, products and services
- Effectively convey the RMI brand in both written and verbal discussions
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures
- Provide cover for the credentialing team as needed
- Other duties as required
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
