Purpose of Job:
The Head of Product leads focuses on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market.

Being the primary driver of the group's vision; overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap basedon the adopted strategies.


You will have a passion for product and the curiosity and drive to acquire a detailed of understanding of customer requirements, competitor capabilities and current and future market influences.

With a customer centric lens, you will utilising these skillsand knowledge to identify product and pricing plans that meet the needs of current and future customers whilst ensuring profitable sales growth across all markets.


You will drive category performance and manage all aspects of product lifecycle from product introduction to end of life, while owning the development of categories for each business unit.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Creating and managing a category and range strategy which meet the needs of consumers across all selling channels and business units.
  • Defining and monitoring of the relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
  • Focuses on aligning a product strategy with the overall business strategy.
  • Working closely with the New Product Development team to share performance, customer and industry
- insights and align on profitable growth opportunities that can be addressed by new product ranges

  • Develop financially astute product ranges with full accountability for assortment planning, pricing, product positioning and timing, partnering with procurement and marketing
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to understand customer engagement with omnichannel campaigns, effectiveness of customer journeys and to identify future 'Go To Market' opportunities
  • Create and develop high performing, highly engaged, enabled, & well equipped teams
  • Develop, communicate, and execute Product, Channel, and GotoMarket strategies.
  • Manage/Maintain up to date financial models for responsible categories and pricing structure to enhance and optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Drive the introduction process of new products and help sales to present products and propositions to customers. Provide best in class product launch materials and ensure products are listed on time, at the right price and in the best possible distributionto drive sales.
  • Responsible for maintaining regional product roadmap based on market requirements and needs. Monitor categories performance and flag issues to be resolved and make recommendations on how to drive incremental revenues.
  • Collect and summarize market insights, market share reports, any available market reports and use this analysis to provide recommended actions to the sales leadership. Understand competitor's roadmaps and strategies to position products effectively againstthem, identifying any gaps and opportunities to be exploited.
  • Manage complete product life cycle of the assigned products (including product portfolio optimization), from introduction to end of life and work closely with the Planning team to maintain healthy inventory levels of warehouse stocks.
  • Identify and recommend new product concepts through closely monitored industry trends, competitive landscape and opportunities to drive growth for your given product categories and provide regular feedback to the board.
  • Take the lead on monthly product meetings to provide regular product updates to the sales, marketing, other cross functional teams

Experience/Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a successfully proven Product Manager or equivalent commercial role.
  • Experience in within Consumer Electronics will be an advantage.
  • Vigorously proactive and results driven building strong relationships within the business, customers, and partners alike.
  • Sound business acumen and commercial competence will further benefit the success of delivery in this role.
  • Experience presenting product roadmaps and propositions to customers and internal stake holders.
