Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase awareness of the nightclub and drive table bookings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Utilize a range of marketing channels, including digital, print, and events, to reach target audiences and generate leads
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay uptodate with industry best practices
Book tables and manage reservations for VIPs and special events
Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to increase exposure and drive table bookings
Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event or nightclub marketing
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising
