Overview
My client is a leading It Support Consultancy established for over 35years, providing IT services and solutions across the globe. They are looking a German and French Speaking Helpdesk Engineer to join their established dedicated 24/7 multi-lingualservice desk.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Responsible for providing Level 1 Technical and Service Desk support via phone and remote log in
- Logging calls into the ticket management system to ensure the correct ticket management process Is used
- Ensure all tickets are moved into the correct support queues and assigned to the appropriate Engineers
- Dealing with International calls from our clients and must be able to engage with them technically and competently
Key Requirements
- Experience In a Technical role
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Attention to detail
