Helpdesk Engineer - French & German speaking

Fully Remote working

Permanent

Package to £30k

Overview

My client is a leading It Support Consultancy established for over 35years, providing IT services and solutions across the globe. They are looking a German and French Speaking Helpdesk Engineer to join their established dedicated 24/7 multi-lingualservice desk.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Responsible for providing Level 1 Technical and Service Desk support via phone and remote log in
  • Logging calls into the ticket management system to ensure the correct ticket management process Is used
  • Ensure all tickets are moved into the correct support queues and assigned to the appropriate Engineers
  • Dealing with International calls from our clients and must be able to engage with them technically and competently

Key Requirements

  • Experience In a Technical role
- speak fluent French & German

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
