The Salvation Army in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (UKI) Territory is both a Church and a Charity whose mission is to bring people to Christ and provide social welfare services.
The IT Department supports the wide variety of services provided by The Salvation Army UKI, many requiring different approaches and solutions.
They will enable the Salvation Army to take full advantage of the opportunities provided by Microsoft Office 365 by setting the vision for the use of the suite of collaboration products, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive, and then developing and delivering implementation plans to achieve the desired results.

The M365 Solutions Lead will need:
- Operational planning with a 1-2 year time horizon
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong, successful, collaborative, and influential working relationships at all levels of seniority
- Experience of analysing, developing, and improving operational processes and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Effective financial management skills with previous experience of developing budget plans, and delivering financial reporting
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, effective time management and the ability to prioritise work, and be able to respond to tight deadlines
- The ability to think critically
