We are looking for someone who is bright and creative who can grow into the role and bring loads of energy and strong convictions around great product operations.

We are not looking for someone who has done it all, the point of this role is to gain experience.

This role can be fully remote in the UK (with occasional travel to our London office). Please note this internship is for 6 months (exact timing to be discussed during the interview process)

What you will be doing

  • Optimising and streamlining the processes, workflows and tools within the product development and management team
  • Collaborating with the product team, development team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within the product
  • Creating, managing, maintaining and communicating product operations plans to relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and customers, as needed
  • Understanding client use cases and needs
  • Adding value by identifying and implementing technology and processimprovement opportunities
  • Acting as a link between product management, customer support and engagement, and marketing teams

Specific responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a library of key healthcare forms used by customers
  • Keep a medical directory up to date some manual and some automated checks
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (product, development, marketing, sales, etc.) to gain an understanding of our critical product health metrics and analyse and provide insight into improvement areas in the operations of the product
  • Lead/Support the definition and creation of dashboards/reports that provide realtime insight on product operations health
  • Formulate processes between commercial and development teams as it relates to the operations of the product
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge management ensuring that knowledge is effectively shared among team members
  • Generate reports and insights to help and drive product decision or orientation
You will also have the opportunity to shadow our product team and get real hands on experience alongside product managers

  • Shadow agile ceremonies such as stand ups, refinement, and planning
  • Attend workshops and planning sessions

  • Have relevant experience in an agile delivery framework, strategy and planning, or healthcare

  • We are aiming for a 24th June 2024 start date
  • You will work between 1020 hours a week (to be agreed throughout the recruitment process)
  • The role pays London Living Wage, currently £13.15/hour
