The Company


Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this multi-brand retail business that prides itself on working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Fashion brands.


The Role
You will be responsible for managing the brand across all areas of the business, by supporting the strategic business plan for the retail partnership in regard to the management of inventory and reporting on the performance of the brand


Key Responsibilities of this Demand Planner-Beauty position -

  • Communicate consistently and transparently with commercial /buying teams regarding brand performance
  • Manage stock inventory using relevant inventory tools and liaise with supply and operation teams to maximise incremental opportunities and fulfill demand efficiently
  • Manage and/or use weekly reporting on performance, deliveries and accountancy to drive the business forward through daily business
  • Forecasting for new launches and executing new store openings for forecasting the range & stock file management
  • Assist with new launches, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales by collaborating with the Brands and Marketing/Social teams.

Requirements for this Demand Planner-Beauty position -

  • At least 2 years experience within Merchandising, Allocation, Demand Planner or Stock Inventory
  • You much have Beauty experience in a retail capacity
  • Previous experience in merchandising, range building and planning is essential
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to spot trends and be reactive to the evolving beauty, and retail landscape
  • Effective communication skills towards the marketing, social and buying team
