Here at AEG we are looking for three indivudals to fill our Sales Trainee position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team.

This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn about sales techniques, customer interactions, and product knowledge while receiving hands-on training from experienced sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

Shadowing experienced sales representatives to gain knowledge of the sales process
Learning how to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
Assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
Understanding customer needs and recommending products or services that best fit those needs

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
Ability to work well in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
