We are pleased to be working with a market leading business based on the outskirts of Ipswich looking to add a 2nd Line IT Engineer to the team.

Working within an experienced team you will be using the latest technology and have the benefit of hybrid workingfollowing a successful probation period.


What is the role?:


  • Provide 2nd line IT support on a busy service desk
  • Providing in depth support to Windows 10/Office 36
  • Assisting 1st line support engineers

What do you need?:


  • Prior experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
