We are looking for an integral member of the company's customer service team, dependable for efficient order processing support, clear communication with clients, management of the sales inbox, live website chats and inbound calls to ensure a good customer journey.

Assist with general office and sales admin related duties.


Performance Objectives

  • Organised & accurate order processing.
  • Responsible for ontime sales order processing & picking list generation.
  • Assist with customer product and pricing enquiries.
  • Assist in the smooth running of admin & sales related tasks.
  • Efficient, friendly & professional phone answering.
  • Responsible for website live chat.
  • Responsible for processing of all website orders on Sage.

Essential Selection Criteria

  • Passionate about accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft systems. Experience using Sage 50 Accounts is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Competency in personal time management.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Friendly, happy, and cheerful disposition.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£22,500.00-£25,500.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
