Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail orientated Service Administrator to create the synergy between our sales division and the service operation to ensure the seamless delivery of our planned preventative maintenance offerings
You will be an integral part of the business, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with the team, customers, and third party vendors.
You will be a problem solver and a forward thinker who is planned in their approach and always looking to improve and drive the business forward.
You will report to the Managing Director but have a level of autonomy to carry out the service operations to deliver the highest levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Carry out the day to day operations of our service desk and field based team of engineers who work nationwide.
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures for the service delivery department
- Schedule PPM to ensure maximum efficiency of our engineers
- Maintain appropriate stock/spares levels for vehicles and warehouse
- Oversee and prepare accurate service reports for customers
- Carry out administration tacks such as managing CRM, processing orders and generating invoices
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite

- £26,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
