CCTV Support Desk Administrator
Based in Erith
Paying £25-30k - dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity with a Groundsworks and Civils company to join their administration team


KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITES:

  • Log and respond to customer requests for service calls:
  • Log all calls on Solarvista
  • Remotely log into client systems to triage/rectify faults assisted by third party software developers where required.
  • Dispatch calls to engineers where required
  • Chase up unclosed faults
  • Maintain current fault logs for all clients
  • Chase up thirdparty fault responses
  • Monitor reactive reporting software, investigate/log fault as required
  • Support the team in the use of Solarvista to manage individual schemes including:
  • Job creation / dispatch o Assist network engineer with system upgrades
  • Support the team in all completion activities including: o PPM reports o Compiling KPI's against client SLA's
  • Current Fault Logs
  • Update client information on Solarvista
  • Manage the service desk Mailbox and feedback on scheme programme and progress to all stakeholder as required.
  • Carry out any reasonable tasks to support the team as requested by the Contracts Manager.

  • Accuracy of works and record keeping
  • Meeting timescales
  • Manager's, clients', and stakeholders' satisfaction
  • Integration within the team and CCTV office
  • Innovation / continual improvement and challenge of established processes to drive efficiency
  • Feedback from weekly meetings, appraisals and 1 to 1 reviews.
