FINANCE ASSISTANT

Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide full finance and administrative support to the Finance Manager to include:

  • Sales & Purchase ledger input
  • HR Administration
  • Petty Cash
  • Credit Card Transactions
  • Reconciliation of key accounts including VAT
  • Supplier Payments
  • Credit Control
  • Financial Reporting
  • Collate Payroll Data
  • Deputise for the Finance Manager as and when required
  • Any other duties as deemed reasonable

Experience:
Essential: Minimum of GCSE Maths, English

Good Communication Skills

Good IT Skills (Excel & Word)


Experience:
Desirable: AAT or equivalent

Knowledge of an integrated ERP System for Accounting purposes

Crystal Reporting

To be based at Coda Plastics Ltd, 21 Folgate Road, North Walsham, Norfolk, NR28 0AJ

Hours of Work:

Full Time: 35 Hrs Standard Working Week Monday to Friday -(1 hr unpaid lunch) or part time will be considered.


Rate of Pay:
£23,000 - £25,000 Full Time equivalent, depending on experience


Note:
Training will be provided if required


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
