We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Audio-Visual Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a critical member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, and management of technical projects across the organisation.


Job Description:


The Audio-Visual Project Coordinator at BPAV Technology Group will play a critical role in overseeing the management, planning, and coordination of projects within our company wide portfolio.

This role requires both remote and on-site project management, including employee and resource scheduling, to ensure the successful completion of projects across the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate audiovisual projects within the company's portfolio.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Keep all project management software and documentation up to date at all times
  • Oversee employee and resource scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing for projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Act as first point of contact for all projects
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide remote and onsite project management support as needed.
  • Assist in other areas of the company where required including managing projects across all areas of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in audiovisual & IT project coordination.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle both remote and onsite project management tasks.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
