Job Description:
The Audio-Visual Project Coordinator at BPAV Technology Group will play a critical role in overseeing the management, planning, and coordination of projects within our company wide portfolio.
This role requires both remote and on-site project management, including employee and resource scheduling, to ensure the successful completion of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate audiovisual projects within the company's portfolio.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Keep all project management software and documentation up to date at all times
- Oversee employee and resource scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing for projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Act as first point of contact for all projects
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Provide remote and onsite project management support as needed.
- Assist in other areas of the company where required including managing projects across all areas of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audiovisual & IT project coordination.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle both remote and onsite project management tasks.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
