- Responsible for maintaining and updating our lead generation system
- Following up and providing detailed updates on all tender and live projects
- Following up and providing detailed updates on our current and prospective customers
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotations in a timely manner
- Securing new customers and orders
- Trading within the market and reprice work where we're uncompetitive
- Gaining market intelligence and adding to our existing database
- Seeking and establishing market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with the commercial policy
- Providing solutions for customers using internal and external sources
- Completing all sales admin tasks designated by the line manager
- Sharing joint responsibility in ensuring AC Group is renowned as The most customerfocused building materials supplier in the UK
