At Baby & Child we are passionate about being able to provide childcare for every parent, as we believe that childcare is a need for parents and not a want, passionate about redressing the work life balance within the industry, as well as lifting up employees to be the very best versions of themselves.

People who want to help families no matter their background by providing care that they would be proud of if the roles were reversed.

For us, the most important quality is that you care.

You don't have to shout it from the roof top, but it is clearly visible for all to see through your actions and through your work.

It would greatly help if you had the following but if not, once you have a pure heart and good intentions, we would be more than happy to help:

Hold a level 3 in Childcare or above
Hold a valid 12 hour Paediatric First Aid certificate or be willing to obtain
Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain
Hold a valid Safeguarding certificate or willing to obtain
Enjoy the variety and challenges that short term roles provides
Be able to work on own initiative
Be able to provide three contactable referee's
Have a high standard of work and professionalism

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12-24 months

Part-time hours: 10-60 per week

Salary:
£22,880.00-£29,100.00 per year

12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability
