Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Middlesbrough.


What You'll Do

  • Process orders and provide quotes to sales team
  • Provide general support to the company including data entry, filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of documents such as invoices, contracts, and other correspondence
  • Assist in the coordination of order processing and shipping of products
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision

Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week (flexible to suit)

Pay rate
- £ £12 depending on experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£10.42-£12.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
