Stanton House is currently recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to join a retail business in Southeast England on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, offering £85,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience).

This hybrid role works 3 days in the office and the rest from home.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that is growing significantly both domestically and across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the UK financial control team, managing around 15 members.
Complete the monthend and year end process and consolidate the group numbers.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
Coordinate and lead the group audit process and act as the main point of contact for external auditors.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 10 years' experience.
Stock management experience.
Big 4 trained preferred.
Experience of managing credit control teams.
Sector experience of working in a fastmoving productfocused organisation.
Experience with ERP implementation (D365 Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
