As our next Quality Plant Graduate, you'll be a valued integral part of our Quality Plant team.
As part of your role, you'll interpret and manipulate data, finding the root cause of problems and providing your conclusions with a solution-focused outcome.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be driven, self-motivated, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.This role requires an individual who is capable of communicating with people at all levels, from technicians to senior management, to relay your findings and solutions.
Working within a team of 6 professionals, you'll support and provide solutions for issues/problems raised within your remit.You're not the type to shy away from challenges or struggle with technical information.
Instead, you possess the ability to understand and convey technical details in a comprehensive manner for both technical and non-technical individuals.
Additionally, you are not satisfied with merely desk-based work and welcome the opportunity to be involved in shop floor activities and hands-on investigation of the product.
In this role, you will have the chance to network within the Aston Martin community, gaining valuable experience and building connections.

The Key Requirements...- Any type of science or engineeringbased degree
- You'll have evidential hobbies and extracurricular activities which demonstrate your ability to have a passion to fix things; be it tinkering with your own car, building things or any type of handson project. Where you can showcase your ability or have a passion for being handson with a solutionfocused outcome
- Taking accountability and having an analytical mindset to problemsolve issues by collaboratively working with different groups of people
