CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS REQUIRED IN STANSTED AIRPORT
We are currently looking for numerous
Customer Service Advisors for our prestigious client based at Stansted Airport.
Pay:
£12.70 per hour
Hours:13:00 - 21:00, 05:00 - 13:00 & 09:00 - 17:00 (Rotational shift patterns)
Shift Rotation:4 days on then 4 days off
Location:
Stansted Airport (CM24 1RB)
Duration:
Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunities

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
The role purpose is to ensure that we as DHL are represented front and back of house in the Stansted terminal and are available to assist our customers and passengers as and when required.
- Improve guest experience within the logistics process
- Improve partner experience within the logistics process
- Improve safety within the logistics process
- Drive house keeping and safety standards within the area
- Support customers with Fire evacuation from the area to nearest fire exit
Requirements to apply:
- 5 years' worth of references (Our dedicated team will obtain them for you)
- Ability to complete a GSAT (Paid for by us)
- Excellent customer service skills
- A polite and professional approach
- A passion for helping others
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
