Description

Our client, a leading employer of choice with a superb reputation for growth and innovation, is looking to hire a talented Business Analyst to join it's team.

Working as part of this high profile function, this role will be specifically responsible forsetting up, maintaining and improving the accurate and robust data tracking and reporting systems.

Main duties include:

Building and owning an internal platform for tracking status and performance of improvement initiatives
Building and owning a suite of reports using the data in the tracking platform
Producing and distributing reports on a monthly reporting cycles
Engaging with stakeholders across the business to address identified data quality issues
Training finance and business stakeholders in efficient and effective use of platforms and reports
Identify areas for improvement
Conducting trend and variance analysis to identify and prioritise initiatives as part of annual target setting cycle

Key skills & experience required:

Minimum of 2 years' experience, with exposure to project management activities and data management systems
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to demonstrate an excellent grasp of variance analysis and key drivers
Strong Excel and NetSuite (ideally) skills
Experience in carrying out Gap Analysis and Documenting Solutions
Ability to deliver the level of detail required to maintain accurate and consistent reporting
High level of communication skills, can work with a range of stakeholders
