Description
NEW POSITION - Working for one of Heathrow's top freight forwarders within their Gateway operations department Working 4 days on, 4 days off 4 nights on, 4 nights off and repeat 11 hours per shift
- Handling airfreight gateway operations
- Monitor inbound / outbound flights
- Generate manifests
- Customs reporting
- Invoicing
- Building relationships with clients
- You will be processing customs documents
- Liaising with airlines, cargo handlers and warehouse
Skills needed:
- You must have a good working knowledge of import/export gateway procedures
- Cargowise knowledge advantage
- Strong IT skills (Word, Windows, Excel)
- Good customer service skills
Working hours:
- 4 days on, 4 days off 4 nights on and 4 nights off repeat rotational shift pattern
