Account Manager (High Value, SME) Package:

Account Manager (High Value, SME) Role:
- Manage your own portfolio of high value, SME clients
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
- Perform an integral, central role in both daytoday dialogue, as well as strategic negotiation as you map accounts
- Providing the highest levels of customer service overcome objections and advise customers considering renewing or leaving their contracts
- Accepting full accountability for governance and compliance
- Manage client expectations when implementing new solutions and rollouts
- Build on your knowledge base and expertise of new payment trends and the payment landscape
Account Manager (High Value, SME) Requirements:
- GCSE's in Maths and English
- Successful track record of customer service preferably in customer retention / commercial negotiation or relationship support, and comfortable in a target driven environment
- Great interpersonal/communication skills
- Adaptable in the face of change
- Commercial acuity and the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Professionally presented, excellent at building relationships and personal credibility
