Account Manager (High Value, SME) Package:

Account Manager (High Value, SME) Role:

  • Manage your own portfolio of high value, SME clients
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Perform an integral, central role in both daytoday dialogue, as well as strategic negotiation as you map accounts
  • Providing the highest levels of customer service overcome objections and advise customers considering renewing or leaving their contracts
  • Accepting full accountability for governance and compliance
  • Manage client expectations when implementing new solutions and rollouts
  • Build on your knowledge base and expertise of new payment trends and the payment landscape

Account Manager (High Value, SME) Requirements:

  • GCSE's in Maths and English
  • Successful track record of customer service preferably in customer retention / commercial negotiation or relationship support, and comfortable in a target driven environment
  • Great interpersonal/communication skills
  • Adaptable in the face of change
  • Commercial acuity and the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Professionally presented, excellent at building relationships and personal credibility
