Responsibilities:
- Mental Health Officer to work within the Fife region
- Community visits
- Can write reports from home hybrid working
- Full or part time hours
- Conduct mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate individuals' emotional and psychological wellbeing.
- Develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating therapeutic interventions and resources tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide counselling, support, and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises or distress.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate mental health services within the community.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organisations to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Social Worker qualification
- Mental Health Officer qualification
