THE ROLE

The Support Services team at The Woodland Trust play a unique role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining a high standard of data administration.

The administrator, based mainly in Grantham will help provide service provision to our supporters, the general public and our internal staff members.

This customer service role involves helping to manage supporter queries and requests through a variety of communication methods, dealing with orders, donations and fulfilment generated by our Supporters and the public.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a Hybrid working role, where you'll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.


THE CANDIDATE
As the Supporter Service Administrator, you'll have an exceptional telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with customers. Comfortable with the Microsoft packages you'll possess excellent written and verbal communications. Working with data entry you will have a keen eye for attention to detail and be highly organised.
