Teaching Assistant
We're seeking a teaching assistant to work in a mainstream primary school in Greenwich.

This primary school are looking for a teaching assistant who can work with children across the school.

You will be working with small groups of children and supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis.

The different types of SEN you will be supporting will range from ASD to learning difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is has experience of working with children who have SEN. This position will require to work with children withinand outside the classroom. You will be supported by the class teacher and the school SENCO.

We're looking for someone to start with us from January 2023, however, an earlier start date is also negotiable.

Teaching Assistant - Main Responsibilities

Working as a teaching assistant with small groups of children
Supporting SEN children on a 1:1 basis
Working in either KS1/KS
Working with children who have ADHD, ASD, and Learning Difficulties
Working alongside the class teacher
Liaising with the school SENCO

Teaching Assistant - Information on the role:

Monday
Friday
8:30am3:30pm

- £85 - £90 per a day (depending on experience)

Long term / permanent contract
Primary School in Greenwich
January 2023 start date
